The mother-in-law of a female soldier killed during Biden’s failed withdrawal from Afghanistan recently appeared on CNN, and the host mistakenly thought Biden had contacted their family.
When the woman noted that she had never heard from anyone in the Biden administration, the host seemed stunned by the news.
No one else would be surprised to learn this, but the people at CNN live in a bubble where Biden is an empathetic big man.
Here’s how the exchange goes, via Twitchy:
CNN host stunned when Gold Star mom says Biden NEVER contacted her family about her daughter-in-law’s death.
CNN: “He is often called the ‘Comforter in Chief.’ Talk to families who have lost loved ones…did you experience that from him?”
Christy Shamblin: “No.”
CNN: “Have you spoken to him?”
Christy Shamblin: “No. She has not contacted our family. We actually reached out to the White House and never heard back. We asked to meet them… We received no response. It’s been months.”
CNN: “I’m sorry.”

Joe Biden actually never talked about the soldiers killed in this incident.
Biden never even publicly said the names of the 13 soldiers who died at Abbey Gate during his bungled Afghan withdrawal.
The media gives him credit for his great consolation, but he often ignores the inconvenient deaths. https://t.co/fWrPbBtmmw

Again, no one is shocked by this except people like the CNN host. Corporate media doesn’t deal with reality.
