The Laken Riley murder case made national headlines after the young nursing student was allegedly killed recently by an illegal immigrant. She meets Travis Wolfe.
Now, a 12-year-old boy has lost his life after he was taken off life support, which he had been on since December 20, when his family’s car was hit head-on by someone driving in the wrong lane.
The driver of the other car was an illegal immigrant.

This tragedy should never have happened
The New York Post reports, “An illegal immigrant from Venezuela has been charged with manslaughter for a wrong-way crash in Missouri that killed a 12-year-old boy.”
“Edina Bracho, 33, was allegedly going the wrong way in Hazelwood in December — going 75 mph in a 40 mph zone — when her minivan collided with a Jeep carrying Travis Wolfe and his parents, Timothy and Stephanie, the St. Louis Post Shipping Reported,” as noted by the Post.

The 12-year-old was rushed to St. Louis Children’s Hospital, where he was on life support for three months before succumbing to his injuries last Wednesday.
Bracho’s two sons were taken to the same hospital with serious injuries, while Travis’ parents were treated at Mercy Hospital for several broken bones, Fox 2 reported.
The Venezuelan national was charged with first-degree manslaughter, two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of first-degree endangering a child and one count of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license . She is being held on a $500,000 cash-only bond with a hearing set for April 8.
“The defendant is here illegally from Venezuela,” according to court documents cited by the news outlet.

Travis Wolfe: ‘Say his name’
At last week’s State of the Union address, Joe Biden was asked to “say his name,” meaning Laken Riley’s name.
There is no reason why she should have died if America had a competent immigration system, a major problem that Biden has shown no interest in solving.
Senator Josh Hawley also urged Americans to “say his name,” meaning Travis Wolfe.
And he’s right. The more awareness there is about needless deaths, the better.
