New York Attorney General Letitia James took a first step toward setting the stage for a possible seizure of former President Donald Trump’s assets in New York’s Westchester County as part of the $464 million verdict in his fraud trial Trump’s civil.
State officials filed the ruling on Trump’s civil fraud trial in Manhattan with the Westchester County Clerk’s Office, which would allow James to move to take possession of the Trump National Golf Course at Briarcliff Manor and Seven Springs, a private estate in Bedford, if Trump fails to secure a bond.
