CNN data analyst Harry Enten recently cited a new poll showing Trump with a nearly insurmountable lead over Biden on the issue of border security.
It’s very easy to understand why. It’s just amazing that CNN reported on this.
And remember, this is now the top issue in the 2024 election, even eclipsing the economy.
Mediaite reports:
CNN election analyst Harry Enten noted that polls suggest President Joe Biden is on track for the worst performance by a Democratic presidential candidate with Hispanics “since we started polling the damn thing” in an appearance on Anderson Cooper 360 Wednesday night.
In a segment on Donald Trump’s lead over Biden on immigration, Enten noted that although voters trusted Biden more than Trump by an ultra-thin margin on the issue in 2020, they now much prefer Trump.
“It’s close to 30 points!” Enten exclaimed about Trump’s margin. “The change underway is enormous and it’s no wonder Donald Trump is targeting immigration. And he’s not just running in the Republican primary, but also in the general election.
If you ask Hispanic voters, who do they trust most on border security and immigration? Overwhelmingly, they trust Donald Trump more, by a huge margin. Look at this: 49% to 24%. And that’s in line with what we see in surveys in general among Hispanics, right?

Anderson Cooper didn’t seem too happy about this news, did he?
Democrats and the media know that this issue alone could win the election for Trump.
