Frank Luntz recently appeared on CNN and was asked about the possibility of New York AG Letitia James seizing Trump’s assets.
He issued a stark warning to the far-left network, saying that if James does so, he will essentially be making Trump’s case for him and he will surely be elected.
The point Luntz makes is a good one, but it may have already happened in the public mind. People already see it happening. The mere possibility of this happening is as real as if it had already happened.

Okay, Frank, the politics of this thing. People in the Biden campaign are already starting to refer to Donald Trump as Broke Don, which is interesting. And then there’s the possibility that New York Attorney General Letitia James might have to start or would start seizing assets, maybe even buildings. How do you think she would work?
FRANK LUNTZ, POLLUNKER AND COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIST: I want you to remember this moment and not forget it. If the New York Attorney General starts taking away his homes, he starts seizing his assets, everything will be caught on camera. The pundits will sit there and scream about this, this man cannot be elected. You will create the greatest victimhood of 2024 and elect Donald Trump.
If they get his stuff, he’ll say this is proof that the federal government and the establishment and the swamp in Washington and all the politicians around the country and the attorneys general and everything else, that this is a conspiracy to deny him the presidency . He’s going to go up in the polls just like he went up every time they indicted him.
The indictment, let’s not talk about whether it is justified or not, but it will prove what he said in the election campaign and he will go up and maybe elect him president. Do not forget that. And I say this right now to the Attorney General, if you play politics on this, this is what the secretaries of state did in Colorado and what they did, I think, is Maine. His numbers have increased in both states.

Everyone knows that the James case is purely political and, frankly, un-American.
