Far-left Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) had a heated exchange with a witness during an impeachment hearing for President Biden on Wednesday.
The witness, Tony Bobulinski, Hunter Biden’s former business partner, was challenged to explicitly state that he was testifying that the president had committed a crime.
“Is your testimony today that you personally saw President Joe Biden commit a crime?” AOC asked.
Bobulinski attempted to answer in the affirmative only to be interrupted by the New York Democrat who asked for details.
“How long do I have to deal with,” he countered before testifying that the president had run afoul of “corruption statutes, RICO and conspiracy, FARA [Foreign Agents Registration Act].”
“What is the crime, sir, specifically?” Ocasio-Cortez insisted, dismissing the ones he had just mentioned.
“You asked me to answer the question. I answered the question. RICO, you obviously don’t know him. Corruption laws. FARA,” Bobulinski responded.

AOC: RICO is not a crime
As wild as that scene was, the payoff came when AOC declared – confidently, mind you – that “RICO. It is not. A crime.”
“It’s bullshit.”
Which will come as a pleasant surprise to former President Donald Trump who was hit with RICO charges in his alleged election interference case in Georgia.
“Excuse me sir, RICO is not a crime. It’s a category,” AOC countered. He used a cadence normally reserved for his TikTok Ted Talks.
“Oh no, it’s a category of crime that they then charge you with,” Bobulinski helpfully explained.
“It’s funny, in this committee room – they’re not all here – there are more than 18 lawyers who went to law school. I will leave the definition of the statute to you.”
RICO, or the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, is in fact a United States federal law aimed at combating organized crime. It allows for the prosecution of individuals involved in a criminal enterprise, including those who may not have directly committed the crime but may have played a role in the organization.

What a show. There’s no doubt AOC reviewed that exchange AND If he had the ability to understand what just happened, he would feel humiliated.
You can just tell by his body language – the bob of his head, for example – that he thinks he’s back at the bar arguing with a customer instead of trying to make a point in a chamber of Congress.
He simply does not have the ability to intellectually understand what he is saying.
AOC initially thought Bobulinski would not outright say “yes” to the question of whether or not President Biden had committed a crime. Oh, but he had a backup plan. “There’s no way he’s mentioning specific crimes,” he thought.
The next step, once she realizes he was doing just that, talk over him and repeatedly ask him to say what he already said. When the meltdown reaches its climax, she spits out something completely and demonstrably false… but say it with gusto. They won’t know that you have no idea what you’re talking about as long as you’re confident in saying it.
Pretty good for a middle school debate team. Not enough for a congresswoman. Which is pretty much the summary of her entire career so far. Not good enough for Congress.
Go ahead and watch the first clip above one more time. This time pay attention to the people behind Bobulinski. Many people laugh at AOC’s attempts to sidetrack Bobulinski and claim that RICO is not a crime.
One, to her left, pulls out his cell phone when he realizes the congresswoman is having a meltdown worthy of being posted on social media.
In a career full of embarrassing moments, AOC delivered one for the ages yesterday.
