An intelligent system enabled by generative artificial intelligence has been developed by integrating the Microsoft Azure OpenAI service. The system is able to delve into its data to respond to complex business requests. GLP, an early adopter of cutting-edge technologies with deep expertise and operational insights enabled through an Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) on Microsoft Azure using Power BI downstream reporting tools, has leveraged this opportunity to further streamline workflows and improve customized analytics and reporting for diverse stakeholder groups by working with Rackspace Technology’s generative AI experts for a fast and effective solution that ensures timely and accurate data retrieval for all users to leverage Azure OpenAI service with a partner with deep experience to create a scalable solution.
The FAIR team accelerated the safe, responsible and sustainable adoption of generative AI solutions across industries and worked with GLP and Microsoft to create a dynamic interface bot to provide seamless access to EDL insights.
