The Super Bowl commercial was a hit, with Boston heroes Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and Tom Brady stealing the show as a boy band called the “DunKings” in Dunkin’ tracksuits.
Naturally, fans were quick to get their hands on a suit of their own. The matching sets sold out in 19 minutes on the day of Super Bowl LVIII (February 12) and went back on sale the next day.
Customers were told that their new gadget would be shipped eight to 10 business days after purchase. But now it’s April and customers are complaining that the suits haven’t arrived.

“The communication was essentially nonexistent, in my opinion, because I never received an initiated email from them,” customer Lauren Riddell told Boston.com.
He told the outlet that he hadn’t received the suit, but an orange glass that he had purchased also arrived.
The jumpsuit top and bottom were sold separately at $60 a piece – $120 for the full suit.
Some customers took to social media to complain about delays and lack of communication.

It’s been 7 weeks and I FINALLY received an email from Dunks letting me know that I would soon be receiving a tracking number for my DunKings tracksuit. And because of the long delay, they now give me a $25 gift card. Do you think I’ll buy everyone’s order of dunks on my first visit with the dress?

@dunkindonuts Folks, it would be absolutely great if those of us who were lucky and ordered a DunKings sport jacket could receive some sort of update, tracking number, basically anything to let us know what’s going on with our order… K, thanks , HI .

Dunkin’ didn’t immediately respond Entrepreneurfor comment, but the coffee chain told Boston.com that an issue with the manufacturer is causing delays in fulfilling orders.
“We apologize for the inconvenience and are communicating an updated timeline, as well as offering a $25 Dunkin’ gift card to affected customers,” the company told the outlet.
Many are eager to resell their overalls online for a high resale value, with some eBay listings going for up to $450 for a piece of the overalls.

It is unclear whether the sellers who put the suit up for sale have it in their possession.
Other merchandise included in the Dunkin’ Super Bowl drop included an orange and pink drink glass and a fuzzy bucket hat.
