Today we reported that New York City is preparing to give migrant families $53 million in prepaid credit cards. Rapper 50 Cent then responded by saying that he might vote for Donald Trump.

The New York Post reported that when this policy is adopted, it “will start with a group of 500 migrant families staying in short-term hotels and replace the current food service offered there, according to City Hall.”

OK Magazine reported that fans were quick to criticize 50 Cent for indicating he might vote for Trump.
“That Trump… he’s not funny. He’s already set black people back decades just by picking him on the Supreme Court,” one social media user commented, while another added, “Like a millionaire hates people who get scraps.”
“Trump is never the answer,” wrote a third user, with a fourth commenting, “Trump is always the wrong answer idc idc.”
“Trump doesn’t care about black people, the sooner people realize that the better,” another person said. A final person wrote: “Trump makes wild claims about why the economy is this way because of Trump. 😂 S*** almost beyond repair. In other news, I’m all for anyone getting some chicken, BUT… I’m not sure how that’s going to solve the crisis we’re in.”

50 Cent previously considered voting for Trump in 2020, when he took to social media to criticize Joe Biden’s tax plan.
“WHAT THE FUCK! (VOTE FOR TRUMP) I’M OUT. F— NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway,” he said at the time. “I don’t care, Trump doesn’t like black people, 62% you’re out of your mind.”
Days later, however, 50 Cent recanted his support for Trump.
The Daily Mail reported that 50 Cent previously questioned why migrants were being provided free healthcare in California.
“I don’t understand it, it’s going to cost taxpayers $2.6 billion,” he said last month. “They don’t even give health insurance to veterans. @arimelber call me now, help me understand this shit. What the hell.”
