Investing.com – Danish stocks rose after Friday’s close as gains across sectors led stocks higher.

At the close in Copenhagen, the index gained 0.24% to a new all-time high.

The best performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE:), which rose 2.35% or 26.00 points to close at 1,134.00. In the meantime, Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:) gained 1.94% or 10.20 points to close at 536.00 and Carlsberg A/SB (CSE:) rose 1.16% or 10.80 points to 944 .80 in the latest transactions.

The worst performing stocks of the session were AP Moeller – Maersk A/SB (CSE:), which lost 3.39% or 370.00 points, closing at 10,535.00. AP Moeller – Maersk A/SA (CSE:) fell 2.80% or 300.00 points to close at 10,400.00 and GN Store Nord (CSE:) fell 2.29% or 4.20 points at 179.20.

On the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, rising stocks outnumbered falling ones from 86 to 58 and 18 remained unchanged.

Pandora A/S (CSE:) shares rose to all-time highs; gaining 2.35% or from 26.00 to 1,134.00.

Crude oil for March delivery rose 0.46% or 0.36 to $78.39 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for April delivery rose 0.31% or 0.26 to hit $83.12 a barrel, while the April gold futures contract rose 0.28% or 5.55 to trade at $2,020.45 per troy ounce.

USD/DKK was unchanged 0.00% at 6.92, while EUR/DKK was unchanged 0.00% at 7.45.

U.S. dollar index futures rose 0.02% to 104.22.
