New York Attorney General Letitia James will reportedly consider seizing former President Donald Trump’s properties if he is unable to pay the massive $354 million fine imposed by Judge Arthur Engoron.
Engoron, a Democrat, levied the fine against Trump in a civil fraud case in New York after finding that the Republican presidential candidate and his companies had engaged in an attempt to defraud lenders and insurers by inflating the value of his goods.
It was a ruling that “Shark Tank” star Kevin O’Leary described as “un-American” as he called for the ruling to be “reviewed, appealed and overturned.”
James, on a victory tour after convincing a Democratic judge in one of the nation’s most liberal areas of the nature of the fraud, said he will make sure Trump pays.
“If he has no funds to pay the judgment, then we will seek enforcement mechanisms in court and ask the judge to seize his assets,” James told ABC News.
James added that his office is “prepared to ensure that the judgment is paid to New Yorkers, and yes, I watch 40 Wall Street every day.”
This is the address of the Trump Building in Lower Manhattan.
Trump Building seizure possible
I see a lot of people criticizing Letitia James for saying the following:

Trump compares evil judges and prosecutors harassing him to Navalny’s death
Speaking at a Fox News Channel town hall hosted by Laura Ingraham, Trump compared the ongoing political harassment to the recent death of Russian dissident Alexei Navalny.
“It’s a horrible thing,” he said of Navalny’s death in a Russian prison, “but it’s also happening in our country.”
“I’ve been indicted four times … all for being in politics,” Trump said. “They charged me with such ridiculous things.”
“It’s a form of Navalny. It is a form of communism, of fascism,” she added.
Ingraham argued that the anti-fraud ruling and numerous charges against Trump indicate that the attention-seeking Democrats behind it are “tyrants in training.”
“Political opposition is eliminated through censorship of opposing opinions, intimidation of freethinkers through harassment, and, of course, also show trials and incarceration of the opposition. It’s all part of the game,” says Ingraham. “And then there are always threats to family members and financial ruin.”
“Well, Donald Trump is going through all of this,” he adds.

Shakes off Letitia James and reveals plan for ‘revenge’
Trump, during the town hall, largely dismissed ongoing legal issues, including the James case in which he threatened to seize his assets.
“If I lost in the polls, they wouldn’t even talk about me,” Trump said. “Even though I think they’re going to hate me so much, even if I got out, they’d be like, ‘Hey, let’s go after this guy.’”
The presumptive Republican nominee rightly described Judge Engoron as a “crazy man” and called James “horrible.”
“They are trying to harm me so they can win another election,” he continued.
An audience member asked Trump if he could “settle old scores” if he were to win back the White House.
“I’m not interested in the issue of revenge. My revenge will be a success,” she said.

Trump posted the video clip of his “revenge” comment on Truth Social.
And what better revenge than America First’s success in 2024, when Democrats want to prevent the prosperity of the American people at all costs?
Trump has indicated he will appeal the sentence and the excessive fine.
