Trump denigrates “loser” Kimmel
“They could get a much more talented person, who would also get better ratings, for 5% of what they are paying this loser!” Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth Social along with a link to an ABC News article titled “Jimmy Kimmel Suggests Retire from Talk Show: ‘I Think This Is My Final Contract.'”
“I think this is my final contract,” Kimmel told the Los Angeles Times. “I hate to even say it, because now everyone laughs at me – every time I think that, and then it turns out it’s not so.”
“I still have just over two years left on my contract, and it looks pretty good,” he added. “Sounds like enough.”
Kimmel recently celebrated the 21st anniversary of his late-night talk show “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”

Kimmel’s future plans
As for how he plans to fill his time when he retires, Kimmel said, “I don’t know exactly what I’m going to do.”
“It may not be anything that anyone other than me knows about,” he continued. “I have many hobbies: I love to cook, I love to draw, I guess I will learn to make sculptures. I know that when I die, if I’m lucky enough to die on my own terms in my own bed, I’ll think, “Oh, I never got to this, and I never was able to get to this.” to such.’ I only know this about myself.
Kimmel admitted that the idea of dying without accomplishing everything he wants to do in life “he hates [him] out for a bit.”

Kimmel responds to Trump
Kimmel has long had one of the worst cases of Trump derangement syndrome of anyone on television. Last night he responded to Trump by calling him a “loser” for suggesting he might withdraw.
“This apparently caught the attention of America’s most famous mandarin,” Kimmel said in his monologue.
“And I have to say, it’s a great way to find out that you’re not going to be someone’s vice president,” he continued. “He has no idea how happy I am for something like that. I’m going to try to enjoy it, because he probably won’t be able to when they take his phone away in prison, so I’m really going to soak it in.

Kimmel has proven time and time again in recent years that he truly is a loser, so we applaud Trump for calling him out. Ultimately, the world of television will be a much better place if Kimmel actually retires, so we can only hope he follows through with his plan!
