Terrence Bradley, Nathan Wade’s former law partner and divorce attorney, allegedly told Trump’s co-defendant Michael Roman’s lawyer outside court that Fani Willis and Nathan Wade had sex in the law office she rented before she became a prosecutor Fulton County District.
Bradley returned to the stand Tuesday after previously refusing to answer questions and hiding behind attorney-client privilege. However, Judge Scott McAfee ruled that he was not protected by attorney-client privilege and ordered him to testify Tuesday morning.
Attorney Ashleigh Merchant made this bombshell revelation while cross-examining Bradley in the third hearing on a motion to disqualify Fani Willis from the RICO case against Trump and 18 co-defendants. Merchant asked Bradley if it is true that Fani Willis had sex with Nathan Wade in his private law practice before she became district attorney and before Wade was hired to lead the prosecution.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported text messages Bradley sent to Roman’s attorney, Ashleigh Merchant, in which he said Fani Willis and Nathan Wade “absolutely” began a relationship before Willis’ office hired Wade.
He further told Merchant via text message, “They will deny it.” Wade and Willis both testified earlier this month that they began an affair AFTER he was appointed to lead Trump’s election interference case. The two also claimed to have met at Willis’ house no more than ten times, but according to geolocation data, Wade probably visited Willis’ house 35 TIMES.
Despite having receipts for the text messages, Bradley repeatedly said he did not remember any conversations he had with Wade or what messages he sent to Merchant.

Bradley was sweating bullets on the stand while being questioned about Nathan Wade’s affair with District Attorney Fani Willis.
About 30 minutes into the hearing, Bradley agreed with Merchant that Fani Willis had a meeting in Bradley’s office before she became district attorney, and Nathan Wade was present “in the back” of the office. Merchant then asked if Bradley remembers “telling me about them spending time together at his law firm before taking the job” as district attorney. Bradley replied, “I don’t remember,” before Merchant asked him if he knew that Fani Willis had rented an office from Nathan Wade’s personal attorney in this matter, Andrew Evans.
After an objection and Bradley’s attempt to evade the question, he admitted that he knew she “rented an office from the Evanses.”
“Do you remember telling me that Mr. Wade and Mrs. Willis were meeting in that office?” Merchant asked before the lawyers interrupted him with another objection.
After another attempt to evade the question and further objections from Bradley’s attorney, the judge ultimately ruled that the knowledge of an office meeting was not hearsay if the information came from Nathan Wade himself. Bradley then admitted: “All the knowledge I would have received would have come from my client [Nathan Wade] at the moment.”
However, Bradley claimed that he did not remember what he learned from Nathan Wade and that he had only had one conversation with Wade about their relationship. “I remember knowing that they were going to the office or had been in the office, but I couldn’t tell you in what capacity or when or anything,” Bradley said.
Apparently, during one of these visits to Fani Willis’ office, Nathan Wade had sex with her, according to messages Merchant received. But Bradley has repeatedly said he doesn’t “remember [Wade] saying this,” avoiding the question, “Is it possible that he said this?”
Merchant then asked, “Do you remember having a garage door opener from a house or apartment building or something similar to Mrs. Willis’s?” Bradley couldn’t give a definitive answer as to whether or not he knew about it or whether he made it up in conversation with Merchant.
Bradley was also asked if Nathan Wade told him or if he knew about Wade and Fani Willis’ vacation. He claimed to be unaware of these trips. “I didn’t know until you texted me that you found it in … something about her divorce,” Bradley said.
“When you answered, ‘it does not surprise me. They took many trips to Florida, Texas and California,’ those are your words, though, right?” Merchant asked. After Bradley’s attorney unsuccessfully objected and Merchant asked again if he remembered that he said via text that he knew of some trips they had taken and that he wouldn’t be surprised, Bradley said again, “I don’t remember that, but what if… I don’t remember.”
Nathan Wade also took the stand and testified under oath earlier this month that he paid for all the vacations he spent with Fani Willis with his business card – and Fani Willis reimbursed him for the expenses in CASH.
Bradley later told co-defendant Robert Cheeley’s lawyer, Richard Rice, that he doesn’t know whether he would lie about Nathan Wade, a longtime friend of more than a decade, when asked about his text messages to Ashleigh Merchant.
