House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has been on Hannity’s shows three times since Wednesday trying to clean up his failed deposition of Hunter Biden.
White House spokesman for Oversight and Investigations Ian Sams posted: “Comer was on Hannity tonight. He was on Hannity’s radio show this morning. He was at Hannity on Wednesday. He has taken Hannity 3 times before in the last month. The man’s congressional directory entry might as well read Rep. James Comer (R-Hannity) since he practically lives there.
President Comer knows that the impeachment of Hunter Biden was a failure and that the prospect of impeaching President Biden is dead in the water. The only way Comer can keep impeachment alive is to go on Fox News’ most rabidly pro-Trump show as often as possible and convince Sean Hannity’s viewers and listeners that failure happened, and that there is something in Biden’s impeachment void.
Comer needs Hannity’s viewers to pressure their members of Congress not to back down on Biden’s impeachment. Without some sort of public demand from the right for Comer’s fake impeachment inquiry to continue, it will fade into obscurity with a whimper, and Donald Trump will not have a fake Biden scandal to equate with his real legal troubles.
