Joe Biden was an incoherent, rambling mess on Friday as he addressed members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) construction and maintenance conference in Washington DC.
Biden slurred and shouted during his brief speech.

Biden also lashed out at Trump’s successful tax cuts.
Trump signed the tax cut bill into law in 2017 and everyone benefited.
According to the Department of Commerce, US companies have repatriated $1 trillion to the United States thanks to Trump’s tax cuts.
Several American utilities have given discounts to customers thanks to Trump’s tax cuts.
Over 130 companies have given bonuses to their employees thanks to the Trump tax cuts.
Times were good under Trump. Inflation was less than 2%. Gas prices were low.
Americans are now suffering under Joe Biden because of his un-American tax and spend policies.
Biden slurred heavily as he criticized Trump’s tax cuts and said, “If I get re-elected, it will stay expired!”
