Medical intervention proven to help women save pregnancies
America’s profitable abortion industry has developed a two-chemical abortion pill process for do-it-yourself abortions, and although there are documented dangers to women, the company makes money.
So, anything that undermines the message used to promote the process is in the sights of pro-abortion advocates and officials.
In particular, information about a reversal process that often allows women who began the procedure by taking the first pill to save their babies by taking progesterone.
And that’s a problem for California Attorney General Rob Bonta.
She is suing several organizations that provide information on the abortion pill reversal process.
And they are asking the California Superior Court to dismiss the case.
Bonta is suing Heartbeat International and RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics for their advocacy of “Abortion Pill Reversal,” the medical intervention provided to women who decide to reverse their ongoing chemical abortions,” according to Thomas More officials Society.
According to the legal team, “Heartbeat International, an international network of thousands of pregnancy centers, provides referrals to medical providers for women who are seeking to reverse their chemical abortions through its Abortion Pill Rescue® network, which is l Bonta’s lawsuit targets, along with RealOptions pregnancy centers in California, which provide abortion pill reversal services.
“Women who undergo chemical abortions deserve the truth: Even after initiating a chemical abortion, they may still be able to save their babies,” said attorney Peter Breen, litigation director of the Thomas More Society.
“California and its Attorney General Rob Bonta are illegally and unconstitutionally trying to take “choice” away from women in desperate need by attacking pregnancy-help ministries like Heartbeat and RealOptions to stop their promotion of abortion pill reversal. Reversal of the abortion pill offers real hope to women who want to stop their abortions and continue their pregnancies.”
Heartbeat International President Jor-El Godsey added: “California should be more concerned about helping women who desperately want to continue their pregnancies. Targeting women’s opportunity to reverse abortion is a clear act of abusing the goodwill of taxpayer funding to fund the Great Abortion.”
Bonta has been in court seeking an injunction against pro-life information.
“Despite overwhelming evidence of the safety and effectiveness of abortion pill reversal services, this lawsuit makes outrageously false claims against Heartbeat International and RealOptions,” said Paul Jonna, an attorney in charge of the case.
“Attorney General Bonta’s lawsuit aims to hide life-saving information about abortion pill reversal from women. This is a desperate attempt by Bonta to eliminate any competition from the well-funded abortion lobby with which he has proudly collaborated throughout his political career.”
Among the issues to be resolved is that of freedom of speech, meaning that people have the constitutional right to share their opinions and information. But California has simply ignored that freedom in the past, previously ruling that counselors could tell children to adopt LGBT lifestyles but were barred from advising them on how to live life in the gender they were born into.
