The interview that led to Elon Musk taking Don Lemon’s show off Platform X has emerged. It doesn’t reflect well on the former CNN host.
Lemon’s show was supposed to premiere on X this week, but the deal fell apart over the interview and a series of reportedly ridiculous demands made by the left-wing journalist.
Lemon had indicated that he hoped to engage in honest debate with his new show.
Some of these clips show that even when there was a debate, Lemon seemed uninterested in honesty and incapable of actually arguing.
In one exchange Musk must explain to Lemon how illegal immigrants help influence elections by being counted in the census, adding congressional seats based on those numbers in blue, sanctuary areas, and influencing the total number of lawmakers elected to benefit a party .
“My understanding is that Democrats would lose about 20 seats in the House if illegals were not counted in the census, and that also means 20 fewer electoral votes for the president,” explains the CEO of X. “So illegals influence absolutely who controls the House and who controls the presidency.”

One thing is certain: the exchanges between Don Lemon and Elon Musk are heated and controversial. But in much the same way that a hammer and a nail have a heated and controversial exchange.
Moss is the hammer. The lemon, the nail, intellectually.
When the former CNN host next attempted a race-bait, an effort as predictable as the sun rising in the east, Musk immediately shot him down. Lemon argues that America was founded on racism and slavery, something that he believes continues to this day.
Musk would have none of it.
“If you study history in general, everyone was a slave. We are all descended from slaves, all of us. It’s just a question of when. Was it more recent or older?” Musk fired back. “What future do we want? Is this something we want to make constant in our dialogue forever? Or do we want to move forward and treat everyone as individuals?”
Most Americans want to move forward.

In another notable exchange, Must tries to explain why the concept of DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) is dangerous for some companies. Particularly the medical field.
“Do you believe that people are dying because medical standards, DEI are causing medical standards to be lowered? Do you really think people die from this? asks Lemon.
Musk tried to explain his position through assumptions, and Lemon simply couldn’t connect the dots.
“I said if we lower standards, people will die,” insists Musk.
“I’m basically saying that if we lower the standards of what it takes to become a board-certified surgeon, or, you know, an oncologist or something where the kind of disease we’re talking about, if you make a mistake, causes someone to die, then more people will die. people who if we didn’t lower the standards,” he added.
Lemon was confused.

Musk also had to explain how X, when it was known as Twitter, actively censored certain points of view, an undeniable fact. Once again, Lemon couldn’t take the elevator in her head to the top floor.

Musk would do it later comment in that clip calling Lemon “definitely dumber than a doorstop.”
However, the CEO of Lemon can still collect advertising revenue and will not be censored for his opinions.
