Ethereum Falls 10% in Bearish Trade from Investing.com

Investing.com – Ethereum was trading at $2,882.29 at 16:24 (20:24 GMT) on the Investing.com Index on Saturday, down 10.07% on a daily basis. It was the largest single-day percentage loss since April 13.

The downward movement pushed Ethereum’s market capitalization to $352.78 billion, or 15.85% of the total cryptocurrency market capitalization. At its peak, Ethereum’s market capitalization was $569.58 billion.

Over the previous twenty-four hours, Ethereum had been trading in a range of $2,864.43 to $3,296.69.

Over the past seven days, Ethereum has seen a decline in value, losing 12.25%. The twenty-four-hour volume of Ethereum traded at the time of this writing was $21.72 billion, or 18.26% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. Over the last 7 days the price has traded in a range between $2,864.4299 and $3,727.8689.

At its current price, Ethereum is still down 40.74% from its all-time high of $4,864.06 recorded on November 10, 2021.

Elsewhere in cryptocurrency trading

Bitcoin stood in last place on the Investing.com index at $61,826.5, down 7.56% on the day.

Tether USDt traded at $1.0018 on the Investing.com index, a gain of 0.15%.

Bitcoin’s market capitalization stood at $1,229.11 billion, or 55.22% of the cryptocurrency’s total market capitalization, while Tether USDt’s market capitalization amounted to $107.63 billion, or 4 .84% of the total cryptocurrency market value.
