In an interview with CNN on Friday, KenBuck (R-Colo.), a former congressman, sharply criticized the Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) for her stance on Ukraine, dubbing her the “Moscow Marjorie” for echoing Russian narratives.
Buck expressed his dismay at Greene’s repeated anti-Ukrainian rhetoric, equating her comments to Russian propaganda that undermines U.S. foreign policy interests.
“Moscow Marjorie has reached a new low. You know, during the Russian Revolution, the leader of the Bolshevik Revolution Vladimir Lenin called the American journalists who wrote great articles about Russia at the time as ‘useful idiots,’” Buck said.
“And I don’t even think Marjorie reaches that level of useful idiot here,” Buck added. “You are just giving voice to Russian propaganda, really damaging American foreign policy.”

The Hill reported that this isn’t the first time Buck has used the nickname “Moscow Marjorie” to describe the troubled congresswoman.
During a House Oversight Committee meeting on Wednesday, Greene showed photos and news reports that claimed to reveal neo-Nazi activity in Ukraine. He expressed concern that discussing “the Nazis in Ukraine and their recruitment efforts spreading around the world” is perceived as disinformation.

Greene, known for her “America First” economic stance, also made headlines with her motion in late March to step down as the current Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson (R-La.), advocating a reevaluation of foreign military commitments.
“I don’t care if the office of the President becomes a revolving door,” Greene said. “If that’s exactly what needs to happen, then let’s let it happen. But gone are the days when the old Republican Party wanted to fund foreign wars and kill people in foreign lands while stabbing the American people in the face.”
