A former NBC executive has faced strong backlash after saying Barron Trump is now “fair game” after turning 18 on Wednesday.

Barron is ‘Fair Game Now,’ says former NBC exec

“Barron Trump turns 18 today. He’s fair game now,” retired NBCUniversal senior executive Mike Sington wrote on social media yesterday morning in a post that has since been deleted, according to Fox News.

Sington later tried to retract the post after deleting it, although he apparently did not apologize for it.

“I posted that he was ‘open target’ now, which means that, as an adult, he is ‘open target’ for criticism in the press,” Sington told Newsweek. “Someone pointed out to me that ‘fair game’ could mean fair game being harmed. I don’t wish physical harm on anyone, so I took it off. I listen to the comments and criticisms I receive.”

Social media responds

Unfortunately for Sington, however, the Tories were quick to make him realize that he had gone too far.

“This is truly disturbing,” wrote Garrett Ventry, a former senior communications adviser for the Republican Senate Judiciary Committee.

“This creepy NBC guy is completely broken. I wonder if he has children? Nephews? Nephews? How old are they?” commented Michael R. Caputo, former assistant secretary for public affairs at the Department of Health and Human Services during the Trump administration.

“You seem like a creepy guy,” wrote Javon A. Price, a former aide to GOP Rep. Byron Donalds. Brenden Dilley, host of the political talk show The Dilley Show, agreed, saying, “Strong pedo vibe, man.”

Previous attacks on Barron

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Barron has been targeted by the hateful left. In 2019, Stanford law professor Pamela Karlan was criticized when she made a joke at then 13-year-old Barron’s expense while testifying before Congress, saying, “The Constitution says there can be no titles of nobility, so while the president can appoint his son Barron, cannot make him baron.

In 2018, the late actor Peter Fonda, younger brother of “Hanoi Jane” Fonda, said he wanted to “rip Barron Trump out of his mother’s arms and put him in a cage with pedophiles.”

The year before, “Saturday Night Live” writer Katie Rich was suspended for saying on Twitter that Barron “will be the first home shooter in this country.”

After liberal comedian Kathy Griffin posed with Donald Trump’s simulated severed head, “Jeopardy!” host Ken Jennings responded by making a sick joke about Barron.

“Barron Trump saw a very long tie on top of a pile of expired deli meats in a dumpster,” he said. “He thought he was the father of him and his little heart is breaking.”

Unlike Sington, however, Karlan, Fonda, Rich and Jennings have all apologized for shamelessly using Barron to attack his father.

While what Sington said about Barron is disgusting, it’s likely just the beginning of the deranged attacks Barron will be hit with now that he’s a legal adult. All of this goes to show how hateful and depraved the leftists have become in their incurable cases of Trump disorder syndrome.
