Trump co-defendant Michael Roman’s defense attorney, Ashleigh Merchant, has been subpoenaed to appear before a Georgia state Senate committee investigating wrongdoing by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
This subpoena likely relates to text messages sent to Merchant by Michel Wade’s former divorce lawyer and law partner, Terrence Bradley.
The Georgia Senate hearing will be livestreamed this Wednesday.
As The Gateway Pundit reported last week, Judge Scott Mcafee will make a decision “within the next two weeks” on Fani Willis and his office’s disqualification from prosecuting Trump and 18 co-defendants in the Georgia election interference case.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis “benefited financially” from a romantic relationship with top Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Willis also improperly hired Wade to prosecute Trump while she was sleeping with him and has since paid him more than $700,000!
Judge Scott McAfee previously said Fani Willis could be disqualified from Trump’s RICO case because of her improper relationship with Trump’s top prosecutor Nathan Wade.
The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on testimony in previous hearings from Nathan Wade, Fani Willis and Fani’s ex Black Panther dad.
Fani Willis and Nathan Wade both testified early last month that they began an affair AFTER Wade was appointed to lead Trump’s election interference case.
Nathan Wade’s divorce lawyer and former law partner, Terrence Bradley, returned to the witness stand on Tuesday last week after refusing to answer questions and hiding behind client privilege last month. Judge Scott McAfee later ruled that he was not protected by attorney-client privilege and ordered him to testify last Tuesday morning.
As Robin Yearti, who worked in Fani Willis’ office, testified, and according to Terrence Bradley’s texts, Fani Willis and Nathan Wade began their relationship in 2019, before Willis assigned Nathan Wade as lead prosecutor in the RICO lawsuit against President Trump.
However, Bradley dodged questions as he sweated bullets on the witness stand when questioned about text messages with information he had previously leaked to Trump’s co-defendant Michael Roman’s lawyer, Ashleigh Merchant, about Wade and Willis’ affair . He did not answer questions, claiming he did not know or remember any details, despite evidence from text receipts.
The Gateway Pundit reported the full text exchange between Terrence Bradley and Ashleigh Merchant, which was admitted into evidence and shows that Nathan Wade began dating Fani Willis in 2019 before she took office and before Wade was hired as prosecutor special to convict Trump and 18 co-defendants.
Read the text messages, which show that Nathan Wade and Fani Willis likely started dating in 2019, long before Wade was named lead prosecutor in the witch hunt case.
A Georgia Senate investigative panel, authorized by a subpoena, is also seeking to probe Fani Willis’ corruption and her relationship with Trump’s top attorney Nathan Wase, which began long before Wade was appointed special prosecutor to imprison Trump before the 2024 elections.

CNN —
Defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant was subpoenaed Wednesday before a Georgia state Senate committee hearing as it investigates the actions of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
The trader confirmed to CNN that she has been subpoenaed for the hearing, which will be live-streamed.
The Georgia legislative committee, formed in January to investigate the Fulton County district attorney, said it plans to issue subpoenas as they investigate Willis, the Democratic prosecutor who brought the racketeering case against Donald Trump and his allies for their actions after the 2020 election.
Merchant, the defense attorney for a Trump co-defendant, is the first person to receive a subpoena from the committee. She initially leveled accusations of an improper relationship against Willis and Nathan Wade, the lead prosecutor in the case. The controversy threatened to undermine the case against Trump in Georgia.

This is more of a subpoena to record Merchant’s communications with Bradley, as previously announced
