Iran launched missiles and 50-100 drones on Saturday evening in an unprecedented attack from Iranian soil on the State of Israel.
Israel later announced that 99% of Iranian missiles had been shot down and had failed to reach their target. US ships helped shoot down incoming missiles that crossed over Iraqi and Jordanian airspace before they were shot down by Israel.
This was the first time the Iranian regime fired directly at Israel: Iran typically uses its Hamas affiliates, Hezbollah and Houthi rebels in Yemen to do their dirty work.
Iranian leader Ayatollah Khamenei posted a threatening tweet on X on Sunday in Hebrew.
After Iran’s unprecedented attack on Israel between Saturday and early Sunday morning, Khamenei threatened Israel: “Al-Quds will be in the hands of Muslims and the Muslim world will celebrate the liberation of Palestine.”
Of course Khamenei is mocking the Israelis after his unprecedented attack on Israel a few hours earlier.
Whenever Muslims talk about the liberation of Palestine, they talk about the total destruction of Israel.
Israeli Defense Minister Ben Gvir responded to the tweet: “Are you talking about the same holy Al-Quds that you wanted to bomb yesterday and Israeli Defense stopped you from doing so?”
Are you talking about the same Holy Quds that you wanted to bomb yesterday and that the Israeli defense prevented you from?

Iran is also threatening a harsh response from Israel against the regime.
