MSNBC’s Joy Reid dropped an F-bomb on Monday. The host said it on a hot mic that she probably thought wasn’t hot.
While this in itself isn’t newsworthy, the reason for the expletive may show that cracks are starting to form on the left between sane people and the trigger-happy president, Joe Biden.

In his show The ReidOutthe host complained about Republican opposition to President Joe Biden’s immigration “deal,” which would include billions for foreign countries.
Clearly, this wasn’t all Reid had in mind.
“Case in point: Resolving what they say is a border crisis with congressional negotiators continuing to work on a bipartisan deal to tie border policy changes to funding for Ukraine,” the host said, also adding that these are talks that Donald Trump is attempting. sabotage.
“Over the weekend, President Biden said he is ready to act if Congress is serious about resolving the border issue.”
Reid’s show aired clips of Biden’s speech Saturday in Columbia, South Carolina.
But during the video snippets, Reid spoke, apparently unaware that her microphone was still on:
Biden: If that bill were law today, I would close the border right now and fix it quickly… And Congress needs to do it.

When she returned to the airwaves, she addressed Biden’s comments and the immigration debate for the first time.
“I’m still trying to derail the deal,” Reid said, referring to Trump. “He boasted that he had blocked progress and said, ‘Please, please blame him if he fails.'”
But finally, realizing what he thought he said on the air, he was listened to, addressed his remarks and apologized to viewers.
“Before I go, I just want to apologize real quick,” Reid said. “I was chatting during a clip that was playing and, you know, we try to keep this show very PG-13, so I just want to apologize to anyone who heard my ‘behind the scenes’ chatter. I deeply, deeply apologize for this.
His comments about “another fucking war” were likely citing rising tensions in the Middle East, particularly regarding Israel and Gaza. By the way, three American soldiers were killed in Jordan on Sunday by what the Pentagon said were Iranian agents.
Biden has promised retaliatory action.

MSNBC has a habit of not criticizing this Democratic president.
Unless they accidentally do it when they think they’re off the air.
Apparently Joy Reid had a moment of honesty.
He then apologized for it.
