Radically liberal comedian Kathy Griffin speaks in a new interview to talk about the “pleasure” she gets from Donald Trump being in court.

Griffin gloats about Trump

“It was wild; I’m canceled, I’m blacklisted, I’m toxic, no one’s going to touch me,” Griffin, 63, told What’s Up Newp. “And then I got a call from the people booking me at the Mirage in Las Vegas, and they said they’d love to have you back for a couple of dates.”

“I don’t even mention Trump in this new show; it’s not that I’m scared or anything like that, it’s just that he’s going to be in court, which makes me kind of happy, I’m going to be on tour, while he’s going to be in court,” he continued. “I’ll take it as a victory.”

Griffin was famously “cancelled” in 2017 after posting a photo of herself standing with the severed head of then-President Trump. Subsequently, she was interviewed by the Secret Service, something she is still bitter about to this day.

“I was apparently perceived as a real threat to the life of the previous administration,” she complained. “It was just madness.”

Griffin is currently on his “My Life on the PTSD List” tour, a reference to his bizarre belief that he suffers from PTSD, something 23% of military veterans actually suffer from, due to the fallout from his photo with Trump. .

“I thought you were supposed to be like a war veteran, but apparently you can get PTSD, you know, when the president attacks you and you’re on the no-fly list,” he recently told the Omaha World Herald. “I have stories. (At the show) we’ll talk about addiction, cancer, and all the crazy things I do for my PTSD where I just seem like a crazy person.

Griffin doubles

Griffin doubled down on his claim of PTSD in his latest interview.

“The reason I call the show ‘My Life on the PTSD List’ is because I talk about all the things I’ve been through. There’s a place for that, because there’s still some good, healthy and bad behavior,” he joked. “I’ve also found that, in the few programs I’ve done, people really want to talk about cancer and pill addiction .”

“I’m not going to talk about my divorce because it’s new, but I will definitely describe what it was like for me the first few days looking at the washing machine and not knowing how it works,” she added. “I discovered, and this was confirmed by the facts, that I am too famous to do laundry.”

Griffin went on to provide more details on what his comedy shows are like.

“I tell the audience: Clap your hands if you’ve ever been touched by addiction in any way, and most of the audience applauds. So I tell stories about the 51/50 cycle, it was like Britney and Kanye got together, and some parts were just funny. I really didn’t know the doors locked from the outside,” she said, referring to her hospital stay.

“It’s just funny that I got, what they call in AA, your butt, at age 59; I mean, we’re talking about a late bloomer. I couldn’t just be a normal person who overdosed in their 20s, 30s, or 40s,” she concluded.

Griffin begs fans to come to his shows

Unfortunately for Griffin, however, it appears she doesn’t have much of an audience left. Last week, she pleaded with fans to buy tickets to her show after admitting they were “not selling well”.

“I’ll be honest with you guys. I had another voice surgery two days ago, so I think my voice sounds better. Yet I have Covid and I’m heartbroken because I’m getting divorced,” Griffin said in a desperate video posted on social media. “It’s all about the tour, man. Hell, take me to opening night in Des Moines. And Omaha isn’t selling well. First of all, there aren’t enough people there.”

“I need comedy fans to come see me in Kansas City,” he continued. “Come on! I need a full house. I’ve been through hell. I’ve been through so much crap since my last tour. I actually just have to laugh about it. All I can do is laugh. So please…”

Griffin’s latest comments about Trump show how bitter she really is, so it’s no wonder no one wants to come to her comedy shows. What do you think of her recent statements? Let us know in the comments section.
