Sam Altman’s OpenAI rejects the non-profit’s “charter agreement” as a “fiction” evoked by Elon Musk

In the lawsuit, filed earlier this month, Musk alleged that an “establishment agreement” existed between him and two other OpenAI co-founders in 2015.
