A group of illegal immigrants were seen attacking two NYPD officers outside a migrant shelter in Times Square, New York City.
The incident occurred when officers attempted to advise illegal immigrants to move. They then appear to attempt to subdue one of the individuals.
As officers attempted to arrest them, the suspects reportedly kicked and punched them in the head and body. The attack was captured on video and then shared on social media.
Four suspects were arrested shortly after and identified as elderly between 19 and 24 years old.
“They were kicking and punching one of the policemen,” a nearby security guard told the New York Daily News. “They attacked [the cops]. He was wild.

Illegal immigrants attack the NYPD
The New York Daily News report seems more concerned with how this attack by illegal immigrants will reflect on the debate over the border crisis.
The incident, they fear, will “likely raise the temperature of the already heated debate over the migrant crisis, in which more than 100,000 migrants arrived in the city last year.”
Yes, probably. Seeing videos of animals attacking police officers in the hopes that they can free one based on overwhelming numbers seems troubling, especially when you number hundreds of thousands in New York alone and millions across the country.
If they are brazen enough to prosecute law enforcement, what will they do to the average person walking down the street?
Remarkably, the illegal immigrants clearly filmed attempting to assault police officers were, according to the report, “released without bail following arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court.”
Even better? One of those arrested and released without bail has two cases pending in Manhattan for assault and robbery.

Don’t worry, the DA will get them back
A statement from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office explains that the illegal immigrants may have been released due to a lack of information about them at the time of their arrest.
“We now have additional video surveillance that was not available at the time of the court hearing and are continuing to speak with witnesses to determine the specific role of each defendant,” the statement read, according to Fox News.
What are the chances that they will track down these kids – who are, by the left’s definition, undocumented –? We would bet that the next time they are seen will be when they end up attacking someone else or, worse, killing them.
Bragg, you may recall, was heavily criticized for his “soft on crime” policies and was eviscerated by the wife of a fallen NYPD officer during his funeral.

In another shocking video that surfaced Tuesday, two illegal immigrants driving an unlicensed and uninsured van nearly took out a little girl and a bus full of schoolchildren in upstate New York.
Meanwhile, the New York City Council has maintained its focus on reining in the NYPD, not illegal immigrants who have failed to comply with a law they are apparently unwilling to break.
While these illegal immigrants remain on the streets not documented and out on bail, NYPD officers will be forced to document every single interaction they have with the audience.
Mayor Eric Adams’ veto of the bill was rejected by the far-left Council by a vote of 42-9.
If they could jail police officers and throw uniforms on illegal immigrants in New York City, there’s no doubt Democrats would do it.
