Speakers at Trump’s Virginia rally continue to tell the truth disastrously

Donald Trump’s warm-up acts for his rally in Virginia told the truth at least twice about the former president’s past.

Here’s an admission that Trump had the highest black unemployment rate:

In April 2020, Trump had the highest black unemployment rate in 33 years, at 16.7%. Trump’s mishandling of COVID has wiped out the employment gains for Black Americans made in the early part of his term. By the way, these job increases and decreases began under former President Obama.

Later one of his speakers corrected himself when he started saying that Putin was not terrified of Trump:

This is true. How could Putin be terrified of someone who spent four years humiliating himself to win his approval?

I’m not sure what’s going on in Virginia, but with polls in the state showing Trump leading Haley by less than ten points, his supporters aren’t doing the former president any favors.
