Each store on IPVNN Stores must have name and password to manage. Only someone who knows your username and password are entitled to manage the store.
When registering an account on IPVNN Stores, you will automatically choose a suitable username and password as the secret key used to manage the store.
(*) This special in IPVNN Stores: Username is partially addresses access to
shops.
Eg your username is the addresses access trananh store is
http://business-daily.net/notebook
Note: Username is used as part of the address counter, but not the name of
the store. Please read the store set up to learn more about the name of the store.
Regulations on username and password:
Username: Username is not sign the letters and numbers. You can not use special
characters to name sign. If you use special characters in the username, the system
will register an error message using special characters.
Username must be at least 4 characters and most 64 characters. If you choose your
username too long or too short, the system will register an error message.
Password: Password is confidential information that only the account holder. Character
password composed of letters and numbers, and are not allowed to use special characters.
Password must be at least 4 characters and not exceed 64 characters.
Characters allowed:
Letters do not often sign in and print.
The numbers from 0 to 9.
In addition, your username and password also allow more following characters:
@ $ * () [] () = - _. !
When you have an account (username and password), you can log into your account.
See registration section to find out more about your account and how to create
an account.
Section sign is in the top bar, the right of every page in IPVNN Stores. There
are two boxes of "username" and "Password" with a button "Login".
To login, enter your username and password into the second box, then click on
"Sign In" or type the Enter key.
After logging in, you will be transferred to manage the store page. Also, a toolbar
will appear below the sign, including the function "Add Product", "Product Management",
"Manage categories", "order". ..
After successful registration, you will be transferred to the page set up shop.
Unlike step registration account, you create an account to manage the shop, step
is to set up shop your store information for display on your website. Your clients
will read this information when they visit the site. Therefore, please provide
information so that full, short and easy to understand. This will help promote
your brand and help customers conveniently communicate with you more.
Shop name: A name or store must show the brand, business, even the address, ...
store.
Stores such as the following:
Tran Thanh Computer - (... name of a store selling computers, computer components,
...)
Lan Anh Jeans - (... name of a shop selling clothing)
Watches Tay Son - (... name of a shop selling watches in the Tay Son)
Store name should not be too short and should not be too long. Short name stores
under 4 characters or longer than 64 characters will not be accepted. We recommend
naming stores in Vietnamese accented. Do not write in all capital letters, because
just like hard to read, just not nice.
Shop Address: If you shop, you should enter the address in this store. If you
do not have outlets, you can enter the address or office address you used to dealing
with customers.
Address too short (less than 4 characters) or long (over 200 characters) will
not be accepted. Therefore, you should enter only stores simple, short.
Phone: A phone number that customers can contact you conveniently.
Category: Each store will sell a certain product is related in a certain field.
Such as a shop selling air conditioner will have a field of Electronic refrigeration,
shops selling clothes will have a field of fashion.
Choose your store categories best. If you do not find appropriate categories,
select the "groceries" or "Products".
Store manager is the main task of an online sales. Vendor must be logged in
to the store manager.
After you log in, will have a toolbar appear include stores management functions
such as: "Add Product", "Product Management", "Manage categories", "order" ...
To attract customers, an online store must be found a reasonable, rich, full.
Store must be timely answer comments / questions via contact customer orders,
...
Price, product information, product image, ... must also be updated timely.
Because goods are rich in this category, IPVNN Stores for store managers set
out the categories of goods to shops. You can freely add, delete, edit categories
in the store so effective.
Usually, after logging in you will be taken to the page of product management.
However, if the store does not have categories, you will be taken to manage categories
page to add categories to shop.
Explanation: Which products must also belong to a special category. When no categories,
you can not post the product to stores.
More categories to shop:
You to manage the categories, you will see a box that shows the "name categories"
and a button records the "Add". Please enter the name you want to add categories
box and then click "Add", the system will add the categories to your store.
Rename categories:
You can rename categories if necessary, without effect to the product categories
that are in.
To change the name categories, please:
- On the management categories.
Click "Rename" in the line corresponding to categories that you want to rename.
Type the new name for the categories in the "name categories" and click "Change".
However we recommend that you should not rename categories if that is not really
necessary.
Delete categories
(*) Warning: When deleting a categories, all products are in categories that also
deleted. Deleting categories is a very dangerous, you should think carefully before
you decide to delete.
To remove the categories, go to the management categories, click the "Delete"
in the line corresponding to categories that you want to delete. System will lead
you to a page message, asking if you agree not to delete categories.
If you agree to cancel, you click "Yes", if not delete more, please click "No".
Work management products include: More product, This product information, Delete
product.
4.2.1. Add Product
To add a new product, go to the "Add product". Read the sign to learn how to add
products.
(*) Note: The store does not have categories, you will be transferred to the management
categories.

Category: Select a Product categories for which you want to add stores. Products
will be put into categories you choose. More information about categories.
Product name: The display name of the product. Product name should be simple to
understand, should not use the word professional is hard to understand because
it will make customers lose interest and can not understand is your product.
Product name must have more than 4 characters and less than 210 characters.
Price: This is the sale price of the product is shown to customers to know. If
you do not enter the sale price for the product, the site will display the words
"price agreement".
Another thing that you need attention, was the product includes currency, the
default is USD. If you sell products in foreign currency (USD or Euro), please
note select currency entering product price.
Product description: This is the main part for you to provide customers with information
about features, specifications, product characteristics, incentives, promotions,
warranty, ... related products.
To the product description is easy to read, you should be presented in a reasonable
way down the line to get too stuffy.
IPVNN Stores for repair information on price, description and product images have
been published. In case you want to change the product name and product categories,
you should remove the product and then add that product again.
To edit product information, go to the product management, click on the "Edit"
corresponds to the product that you want to edit information. Then, the information
is subject to change how and regulations as the additional products.
To remove the product, go to the product manager, click on the "Delete" corresponding
to the product that you want to remove. You will be taken to confirm the deletion.
When the system asks you if you want to delete products that are not. Click "Yes"
to agree to delete, click "No" to return.
Deleting product was not restored, so you should be careful when deciding.
When customers see the product on the store, they may want to buy your product.
To purchase products, customers can contact you by telephone and can also order
products online.
Order will be sent to the store manager, and was listed in the "Order". To learn
how to see the order, please see also the login instructions.
List of orders including orders is shown in the table, with the following:
Time: time customers send orders to the shop.
Customer name.
Phone customers: including two phone fixed and mobile are classified by the sign
"/" (the form of fixed phone / mobile phone).
When customers do not provide any numbers, the system will display with dashes
like this: "- - - - -"
Purchased: the name of the product that customers want to buy, along with the
number of products.
Click on the product name to go to see the details of that product.
Browse: state orders (was approved or not approved).
Orders were not approved would be the clock, that is pending approval, also order
approved the icon will be green area, that is already approved. See the detailed
order to learn more about how to mark the order was approved.
In order list, click on the "details" corresponds to the order you need to see
to see details of the contents of your order.
To mark the approved purchase order that the page order details, please click
"Mark approved this order. If the order has been approved that you want to check
the order has not approved, please click "Mark has not approved"
