Former President Donald Trump arrived at a New York courthouse Thursday morning for a hearing in which his lawyers want a judge to set aside his criminal case, currently the trial is set to begin next month.

Trump is accused of falsifying business records related to a $130 payment his then-lawyer Michael Cohen made to porn star Stormy Daniels shortly before the 2016 election in exchange for her silence about his alleged sexual encounter with the then-presidential candidate Republican.

Trump, who denies having sex with Daniels, has pleaded not guilty to 34 felony charges in the Manhattan Supreme Court case.

His trial will begin on March 25.

Trump’s lawyers argue that he is the victim of selective prosecution, one of the basis of his motion to dismiss the case.
