President Trump said Wednesday that the daughter of the far-left judge who just hit him with a gag order in the Stormy Daniels “hush payment” case posted a photo of him behind bars.
Trump called on New York judge Juan Merchan to recuse himself after his daughter, who represents “corrupt Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam “Shifty” Schiff and other radical liberals,” posted a photo of himself in prison.
An X account purportedly belonging to Loren Merchan (it has not been confirmed to be her account) posted a photo of Trump behind bars. The photo has since been changed to a photo of Kamala Harris.
Trump’s lawyers had previously moved to force Judge Merchan to recuse himself after it was revealed that his daughter Loren Merchan had collaborated with the Biden-Harris campaign.
Trump lashed out at the judge and asked him to recuse himself from the case.
“Judge Juan Merchan, suffering from an acute case of Trump disorder syndrome (whose daughter represents corrupt Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam “Shifty” Schiff and other radical liberals, just posted a photo of me behind bars , his obvious goal, and makes it completely impossible for me to get a fair trial) has now issued yet another illegal, un-American, and unconstitutional “order” as he continues to try to strip me of my rights. This judge, by issuing a vicious “gag order,” is unfairly attempting to deprive me of my First Amendment right to speak out against the weaponization of law enforcement, including the fact that corrupt Joe Biden, Merrick Garland and them Hacks and Thugs are following me and stalking me all over the country, obsessively trying to stalk me, while everyone knows I’ve done nothing wrong!” Trump said this on Wednesday.
Trump continued: “So, let me get this straight, the judge’s daughter can post photos of her ‘dream’ of putting me in prison, the Manhattan district attorney can tell whatever lies about me he wants, the judge can violate our laws and Constitution every step of the way, but I’m not allowed to talk about the attacks on me and the madmen trying to destroy my life and prevent me from winning the 2024 presidential election, which I am dominating? Maybe the judge hates so much because her daughter makes money working to “get Trump” and when he rules against me again and again, he is making her company, and her, richer and richer. How is this possible?”
Trump called on Judge Merchan to immediately recuse himself.
“The judge must recuse himself immediately and make up for the mistake he made by failing to do so last year. If the biased and conflicted judge is allowed to stay on this sham “case,” it will be another sad example that our country is becoming a Banana Republic, not the America we knew and loved. These are witch hunts that interfere with elections. We will destroy every one of these hoaxes and make America great again! Trump said this in a post on 3rd Truth Social.
