US stocks fell on Tuesday, with chipmaker giant Nvidia posting its worst day since October ahead of its quarterly earnings report on Wednesday.
The blue-chip S&P 500 fell 0.6%, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite fell 0.9%, both led by a sell-off in technology stocks.

Nvidia shares have risen sharply in recent months, hitting an all-time high last week, as investors bet it will be one of the biggest U.S. beneficiaries of the artificial intelligence boom.
